car is 'hot rodded' with coil over suspension, powersteering has been removed for hot rodding purposes… nascar style side exhaust, powder coated sub frame and suspension, upgraded fuel pump by holly, front wheel drive, original interior including a luxurious hand made wood and leather interior by poltona frau…. original magnesium mags/wheels…
3 litre 32 valve v8 quattrovalve – this engine was based on the unit used in the ferrari 308 and in the ferrari mondial quattrovalve, and some of the componentry was assembled by ducati from casting made at maranello, the engine different from other ferrari v8s of the time in that it was equipped with a cross plane crankshaft rather then the usual flat plane crankshaft. all this to make the engine characteristics more suitable in a 4 door saloon. both series 1 and 2 cars in non catalysed form produced 215hp and 158kw.
